REVA Nation Affiliate Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in and participating in the REVA Nation Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate,” “Participant,” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern all affiliate activities, commissions, and payouts issued by REVA Nation, a brand operated by Tiffany Haynes & Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Affiliate Eligibility

Participation in the Program is open only to approved affiliates.

The Company reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke affiliate participation at its sole discretion.

Affiliates must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

2. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned only on qualifying sales tracked through approved affiliate links or methods provided by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to determine commission eligibility, validity, and final approval.

Commissions will not be paid on:

Refunded, reversed, disputed, or chargeback transactions

Fraudulent or self-referred purchases

Transactions that violate these Terms or Company policies

The Company may reverse or withhold commissions at any time if a transaction is later deemed invalid.

3. Commission Payout Schedule

Commissions are calculated monthly for the previous calendar month.

Payouts are processed on the 15th of the following month.
Example: January commissions are processed on February 15th.

Payouts are processed on the scheduled date but are not guaranteed to be received on that exact date due to banking or payment platform processing times.

4. Payment Method & Requirements

Affiliate payouts are issued via the payment method designated by the Company.

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payout and contact information.

A completed W-9 (or applicable tax documentation) is required before any commissions are released.

The Company is not responsible for failed or delayed payments due to incorrect banking or tax information.

5. Account Standing & Compliance

To remain eligible for commissions, affiliates must:

Maintain an account in good standing

Comply with all Program rules, brand guidelines, and ethical standards

Avoid misleading, deceptive, or unethical promotional practices

Failure to comply may result in delayed payments, withheld commissions, or termination from the Program.

6. Marketing & Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may not:

Make false or misleading income, earnings, or results claims

Represent themselves as employees, partners, or owners of REVA Nation

Use spam, deceptive advertising, or unauthorized marketing tactics

Fail to disclose affiliate relationships where required by law

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable advertising, FTC, and disclosure laws.

7. Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting REVA Nation products or services, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

8. Modification of Program

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time.

Continued participation after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate affiliate participation at any time.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if associated with violations, disputes, or non-compliance.

Termination does not release affiliates from obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program or reliance on promotional materials.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
